Farmers Guardian and New Holland tractor competion - Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  1. The competition (Prize Draw) is open to residents (Age 21yrs or over) of the UK and ROI only, with the following exceptions: - Staff and related persons of the New Hollland Ltd, Briefing Media Ltd and LAMMA Show Event Organisers. - Staff and related persons of companies manufacturing or supplying products which compete with the New Hollland Ltd.
  2. Inclusion in the Prize Draw is subject to completing in full the online form.
  3. Entry to the competition will be possible through the use of the website: www.fginsight.com/nhcomp.
  4. Entry on the day/s of the event will be possible at identified sites around the LAMMA Showground.
  5. The draw to identify the winner will be made February 12, 2018.
  6. The draw will be made by a panel selected by Farmers Guardian and New Hollland Ltd.
  7. The selection decision of the panel will be final. The winner will be offered the use of a New Holland T6.175 tractor for one year.
  8. The exact prize specification will be chosen at the discretion of New Hollland Ltd.
  9. The winner will be given a T6.175 for one year. The winner will be responsible for the running costs of the tractor, as listed below: -
    1. General running costs, including fuel, oils and additives.
    2. Routine servicing (in line with manufacturer’s recommendations).
    3. Items considered as normal wearing parts e.g. tyres and brakes.
    4. Repair costs not covered by the normal warranty terms and conditions.
  10. The product will be covered by the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
  11. The winner will be responsible for insuring the tractor for the duration of the twelve month period.
  12. At the end of the period, the tractor will be returned to New Hollland Ltd.
  13. No cash or other prize will be offered as an alternative.

We collect the personal data you have provided to us by filling in the form on our website www.fginsight.com OR printed form when entering the Competition. If you have entered the Competition via our Site we may also collect some technical information about how you use our Site, for example, the type of device you are using, your operating system, IP address, uniform resource locator (URL), clickstream and length of visit.

How we use the information you provide

 

We will use your personal information:

  • to administer the Competition, on the basis that the use of your personal data for this purpose will be necessary to enter you into the competition and, if you are successful, contact you to notify you of your prize; and,
  • if you are new to Briefing Media and where you have agreed to this, to provide you with news and updates from time to time about our services; and
  • where you have agreed that we may do so, we will also pass your information on to New Holland Ltd, who will send you information about their products and services by email/post/text/phone.

 

If at any point in the future you do not wish to receive any news and updates from us or from New Holland Ltd, you can unsubscribe from either marketing list at any time by following the steps below.

We will not use your information for any purposes except those listed in this policy without letting you know and getting your permission, if necessary, first.
