6 Month Temporary Contract - 37 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Monitoring Assistant providing an administration function within our Estate Services Team to work closely with residents, contractors and clients, both internal and external, in relation to grounds maintenance, building cleaning and caretaking.
You will be expected to assist with the monitoring of the performance of our grounds maintenance and building cleaning contracts and assist in providing administrative support to the Estate Services team. Experience of working with horticultural and cleaning services would be beneficial.
The ability to maintain accurate records is essential, both manual and in electronic format. You must possess excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and demonstrate a high level of numeracy skills. We are seeking someone who is well organised, who can meet deadlines and has effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
You will need to be flexible in reacting to the needs of the service and must be able to work under pressure, demonstrate strong organisational and planning skills, be able to prioritise a very busy and varied workload and work as part of a team.
