The Marketing Conversion Manager, sat within the Supporter Development team, is responsible for planning, developing, delivering and evaluating effective supporter journeys for financially active and prospect audiences, leading to income growth for the Trust. The role operates as a main point of contact for a number of stakeholders and ensures all activities are delivered in accordance with the Supporter Development Plan and internal processes. It will be pivotal in planning and adapting journeys using insight and ongoing evaluation in order to facilitate effective solutions to drive increased supporter income, engagement and loyalty.
The chosen candidate will have experience in marketing, supporter journeys and conversion, preferably in a similar role. Technically you will have a good commercial understanding and experience of managing budgets. Personally you'll be an excellent communicator, great at building relationships and working collaboratively as well as innovatively and able to deliver results.
