With a current visitor number of 450,000 visitors a year, RHS Garden Harlow Carr is Yorkshire’s most inspiring garden and one of the leading visitor attractions in the region.We are looking for someone to join a highly motivated Visitor Services Team, working on average 3 days per week but flexible to pick up additional shifts when required.

This is a varied role where you will be welcoming visitors into the garden, and actively selling entrance tickets, membership, and other RHS offers. Providing first class customer service and support to members and paying visitors. You will be the first point of contact responding to information requests and visitor enquiries.

You will have experience in a customer facing role working in a busy environment, ideally in a leisure attraction, sound knowledge of high customer service standards and experience of face to face sales.

Enthusiasm and a flexible approach to work are essential, as well as the ability to handle queries and complaints confidently and efficiently.

Horticultural knowledge is not essential for this role but a good sense of humour and a “can do” attitude is vital.
