Exciting Financial Services start up requires experienced IT Business Analyst with Agile experience to join a start-up company in the Financial Services sector. This is a totally green-field site and a rare opportunity to work alongside C suite execs to map out the road map to bring new and innovative solutions to market.
You will work across functional units, supporting multiple assigned projects aimed at delivering IT solutions and services that meet company cost, quality and strategic targets.
The role will predominately focus on gathering and analysing current and future processes and requirements, researching best practices and identifying and documenting process improvements and functional specifications.
Proficient in documenting As-Is and To-Be processes
Ability to maintain automated and manual test scripts
Broad understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle (SDLC)
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Good facilitation skills
Strong communication skills in English
Written communication skills including process documentation
Proven project management skills
Business requirements gathering
Broad technical understanding across various methodologies, platforms, tools and languages.
3+ years IT business analyst experience preferred
BS/BA degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience required
Previous experience of working in an agile environment and using recognised development methodology e.g., Agile, SCRUM, KANBAN etc
ISEB in Business Analysis
Experience of working in either Financial Services and / or agricultural sector, advantageous but not mandatory!
