This role consists of you supporting a team focused on providing support to customers using their specialist agricultural software.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Answer customer queries in a professional manner
- Carry out customer on site training where required
- Work closely with contract trainers, sales and support teams
- Provide effective support and mentoring
