We are currently recruiting a Customer Service & Cancellations Advisor to work for a leading company within the building services industry. This is a temporary position - leading to a permanent opportunity.
* Answering incoming calls to book in building assessment appointments * Coordinating Engineers UK wide to attend assessments and training courses * Using a dairy system to manage the appointment times and dates * Inputting all details into the in house system for traceability * Ensuring all reports are maintained to be able to provide team leader with accurate and up to date report * General operational administration duties * Answering any question and queries
The ideal candidate will be:
* Experienced in customer service, scheduling and managing a dairy system * Competent and confident in both written and verbal communication * Highly organised and show an extremely high level of detail when inputting information * Good Customer Service Skills
