We have a fantastic opportunity with our Public Sector client. Our client is looking for full-time, temporary candidates experienced in Customer Service and Administration to join their team. Our client will require you to work 37 hours per week, between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday. The working hours are flexible during these times, but you must start between 7am and 11am. The client offers a great working environment, with an open office plan and canteen serving hot and cold food until 2:30pm. With the site being just a 10 minute walk from the train station! The ideal candidate will hold; * Confident Customer Service skills on the telephone and by email * Previous experience in Administration * Great attention to detail * Target driven * The ability to learn quickly Duties may include, but will not be restricted to; * Answering Landowner and Agricultural queries by telephone and email * Calling Landowners to provide information and update any information * Using a bespoke database * Processing documents and claims * Data Entry * General Administration You will be required to have a confident telephone manner and experience in administration.
