· Agricultural and Rural Business Account Manager, where you will have responsibility for offering advice to existing customers and selling a diverse range of award-winning insurance and financial products to targeted new customers. · You will be focused on driving sustainable, profitable growth through the delivery of personal sales and marketing initiatives leading to the compliant sales of General Insurance and Risk Management Services products and the generation of Financial Services leads in a manner designed to establish long term and effective relationships with target customers, within the local community. · You will need to be passionate about farming and agriculture, genuinely enjoy meeting new people and developing customer relationships.
· Plan, prospect, and Advise on General Insurance products to target customers that are designed to meet their long term needs, are compliant with sales quality and advice standards and regulatory requirements, to meet personal and Branch targets. · Review, evaluate and process the portfolio of existing customers to ensure retention, and the generation of new business to maintain compliant and profitable growth and expand the company's reputation for excellent service. · Identify, develop and generate Life and Risk Management Services leads from existing and new customers to meet agreed targets. · Build and maintain effective relationships with the Regional Sales & Agency Team and Regional Service Centre staff to establish the company as an effective and profitable provider of Insurance services to its target customers. · Maintain your knowledge and skills to sell professionally and compliantly, delivering a consistently excellent experience to customers to meet the requirements and standards of the company, and their Regulators.
· Experience of face-to-face Advised sales, achievement of results in a targeted environment and the meeting of Training and Competence requirements. · Competent in using Microsoft Office and/or IT based sales support systems. · A good appreciation of what matters to those living and working in the rural community. · Graduate Calibre ideally · Certified CII desirable · Current driving licence essential
