Are you an experienced Coordinator? I have a fantastic opportunity to support the Head of Marketing with general administration and dairy management along with supporting with ideas for events and marketing as and when required.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am till 5:00pm
Salary: up to £22000.00pa

To organise and coordinate marketing and client events as directed and ensure accurate and timely administration and record keeping.
To process post marketing administration and client feedback
Ensure updates and ordering of individual office marketing materials
To ensure accurate and timely record keeping in relation to marketing and events expenditure
Manage Marketing emails
To prepare and provide statistical information as directed
Arrange, attend and participate in meetings, take minutes and distribute and ensure action points carried out as necessary
Update and maintenance of the client database system
To provide regular updates and reports on activity and progress
Website and Intranet updates
To keep Intranet and website updated with staff biographies and photos
To assist in the organisation of press releases.
To ensure all marketing related deadlines are adhered to
To visit other offices and event sites as directed
Ensure positive representation of the firm at all times
To undertake training as directed
Comply with policies and procedures as set down by the Firm
Any additional duties that may reasonably be required
