Our client is a rapidly growing business based in a luxury serviced office space, in the highly sought after North Leeds area.
This genuinely is a superb opportunity for someone who is seeking to put their stamp on a role. Our client is looking to emulate the success they have realised in the past 12 months by putting in place a robust back office support system.
The role will help navigate a team of talented engineers to manage their busy weekly dairies and ensure the business continues to be efficient and deliver exceptional services to their growing client base.
The duties will include, but not exclusive to:
·Handling customer queries
·Management of sub-contractors
·Reconciliation of expenses.
·Liaising with external Accountants, supplying any monthly information required.
·Responding to sales inquiries and booking subsequent sales appointments for the MD
·Updating Sage Line 50
·Invoicing (no experience required)
·Collating information regarding customer details, bank details, contact names etc
·Ad-hoc administration as and when required.
·Social media updates
·Proactively supporting MD with any administration duties.

Salary c£19,000 DOE
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
