Our client is in an exciting period of change and their large and diverse property team is charged with delivering the hugely diverse range of buildings and services that support their new strategy. They are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic PA to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Estate Development Director, senior managers and the wider functions of their property and estate management team. Experience in the property sector would be desirable.

About the role:

You will be a highly organised, creative and energetic individual with strong administration and organisational skills and the ability to work flexibly, ensuring deadlines are met. As well as your excellent time management and ability to multi task, you will be able to work effectively as part of a team. The ability to co-ordinate multiple busy diaries and schedule meetings for the team is essential together with strong IT and document control skills, numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail.
