HR Business Partner

£45,000 per annum

Our client is an internationally renowned business that encourages learning and exclusivity as welll as providing the opportunity to be involved in Group and international projects.
With their headquarters in Denmark and an employee count of over 5,500, the role is based on one of their operational wind farm sites and requires experience or aptitude to work in a manufacturing blue collar environment, with differing working patterns and operating conditions.

This role involves:

- Managing core HR data to ensure that it is recorded, classified, analysed and reported in line with business, legal and group requirements
- Managing the local implementation of core HR processes including but not limited to recruitment, induction, reward and compensation, performance, talent and development management according to group standards
- Support local employee relations and communications through line management and other channels including representative employee groups
- Support wider UK and international HR projects on a case by case basis
- Support local management teams as specified but also other local functional specialisms such as HSE, Communications and Local Government and Public Affairs as examples

Your competences include that you:

- Are educated to degree level (or equivalent) and ideally hold a CIPD qualification
- Have excellent relationship building skills
- Have strong forecasting, planning and prioritising skills
- Hold a clean full UK driving licence and can travel frequently in the UK (and occasionally to Denmark).

Furthermore, it’s essential that you’re able to frame people issues into a commercial context, presenting options and choices, and be able to assess and value risk, value and opportunity with ease.
You will be confident and assertive, with an outgoing personality and an informal, yet professional style.
