De Lacy Executive client specialises in the recycling of nutrient rich liquid organic materials from Food, Drinks and Digestate Industries to agricultural land throughout England and Wales. The business is experiencing rapid growth in organics recycling and also in the development of Anaerobic Digesters.

Our client is looking to appoint a Technical Advisor to ensure the business has technical support and advice to secure new business and provide documents, information and data returns to comply with existing and new permits.

This is an excellent career opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is FACTS qualified.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • To support the Environmental Compliance Manager, Head of Department and Farm Liaison Managers on all technical aspects.
  • To ensure that environmental deployments, permit applications and requests for further information are prepared and up to date as required.
  • Provide technical reviews of compliance reports from the Environment Agency and to prepare action plans for development.
  • Manage the companies waste acceptance procedure for spreading waste to land.Â
  • To input and assist with the environmental complaints process in line with permit requirements.
  • Input data returns with customer requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

  • FACTS Qualified.
  • WAMITAB qualifications highly desirable.
  • Excellent organisational skill.
  • Attention to detail and process.
  • Flexible to the needs of the business.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Current knowledge of Waste Regulations / Land spreading regulations.
  • Full UK driver’s license.

Remuneration Package: Competitive salary dependant on experience.
