An exciting position has arisen for a Laboratory Scientist with an interest in Microbiology to work within SAC Consultancy Veterinary Services group. Based in Edinburgh, the successful applicant will work as part of a small team of vets, scientists and support staff analysing pathological samples submitted to the laboratory. The work will involve analysis of microbiological samples.
Applicants will preferably be qualified to Degree level or equivalent in a suitable discipline. Previous experience of working in a busy laboratory working to UKAS ISO 17025 standard would be an advantage.
