You will have the opportunity to work with some of the very best of talent in the sector, understanding the products, processes and culture before starting to develop practical skills and knowledge to work on client accounts!

You will have the opportunity to also:

  • Develop new business with a range of blue chip clients
  • Maintain strengthen and develop key customer relationships.
  • Regularly visit customers at their premises to initiate and progress projects.
  • Manage the development of client projects from the customer through the relevant internal departments.
  • Attend client meetings off site, being a solid and professional ambassador for the business
  • Work with internal departments to facilitate the approval process between the retailer and the client
  • Provide additional market support to the Sales Manager where required.

This is a focused role to support client’s customer’s needs, prompt decision making and having a proactive approach in relation to the management and development of customer projects. You need to be able to present information to clients on all levels, be proactive and be able to be present in board/marketing client meetings and contribute


Our client requires a Graduate who is comfortable in their own skin and mature in approach. You need to be able to communicate in person, via telephone and e mail on all levels. You must also have the correct professional manner and confidence when meeting with clients.

  • Degree/masters educated (2:1 minimum)
  • Commercially aware
  • Emotionally intelligent
  • Full driving licence (company car provided)
  • Happy to travel to client premises to discuss projects

CORE HOURS OF WORK: Mon - Thu: Friday 9.00am - 4.45pm

HOLIDAY: 25 days plus bank holidays - Fixed period (normally 3 or 4 days) to be taken at Christmas

SALARY: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

BENEFITS: Company car, Company pension and life insurance scheme
