Harry Goring, 19, is studying a foundation degree in agriculture and farm management at the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester, where he joined from the Easton and Otley College, East Anglia.
Ewan Lambie, 23, works at home on the family beef and sheep farm just outside of Auchterarder. He is also a member of Strathearn Young Farmers and is keen to promote the quality of British produce to consumers.
Josh Millichap, 24, works mostly on his family beef and sheep farm. It has 900 breeding ewes and 85 suckler cows on 220 hectares (543 acres) across three holdings. He studied agriculture with farm business management at Harper Adams University.
Emily Jones, 19, is a second year agri-business student at Harper Adams University. Emily comes from a rural farming family, and lives with her boyfriend, Sam, whose family grow potatoes for McCain in Herefordshire.
Matthew Oldnall, 28, is a poultry specialist at Massey Feeds, currently studying a postgraduate diploma in poultry production at Harper Adams University. He also spent time in South Africa at the University of Pretoria studying animal science.
Sam Walton, 29, is a farmer’s son currently working on the farm at Tatton Park. He is a former student and assistant herd manager at Reaseheath College and is keen to help educate the public on where their food comes from.
