Becky Dennis, 18, works on the family farm alongside her dad, fattening 300 fat cattle and 300 sheep a year. She also keeps pedigree South Devons and enjoys showing them at local shows.
Marc Williams, 27, works for Natural Resources Wales and helps on the family farm near Sennybridge, in the Brecon Beacons. They keep 70 cattle on 40 hectares (100 acres). He is also chairman of Sennybridge YFC and is currently Brecknock YFC senior member of the year.
John McCulloch, 17, farms at the 607 hectares (1,500 acres) Chapelton Farm, in south west Scotland with 80 pedigree Shorthorn cows, 80 pedigree Aberdeen-Angus cows, 250 cross commercial cows and 850 cross-bred ewes. He is also a committee member of Stewartry YFC.
Martin Lloyd, 21, is an assistant auctioneer at Rugby Farmers Mart. In his spare time, he helps run a pedigree Dexter herd for boxed beef production on the family farm, with 200 ewes and 24 hectares (60 acres) of arable crops.
Helen Howells, 32, farms with her husband Peter on an 89 ha (220 acre) family-run beef and sheep unit specialising in breeding pedigree livestock under the Gwenog and Pedr prefi xes. She also runs her own consultancy from the farm, Hwylus, which provides values-based consultancy to the rural sector.

Laura McCulloch, 19, is studying journalism at Edinburgh Napier University alongside helping her parents run a 109-hectare (270-acre) beef and arable coastal farm at the Mull of Galloway. She is also a keen member of Stranraer and Rhins YFC.
Harvey Pile, 22, is a trainee auctioneer at Stags Auctioneers, running at South Molton Market, Tavistock Livestock Centre and Honiton Collection Centre. He currently auctioneers poultry and dispersal sales.
James Miller, 25, farms with his parents and wife Lisabeth near Hatherleigh, west Devon. He also runs his own contracting business, JRM Countryside Services.
Dominic Bloxham, 25, farms 250 dairy cows on 129 hectares (320 acres) owned land and 24ha (60 acres) rented land on the family dairy farm in Bednall, South Staffordshire. The farm also sells milk to Wells Farm Dairy and grows 4ha (10 acres) of pumpkins every year.
