Mhairi Strang, 26, is from Eaglesham, Glasgow. She graduated from the University of Glasgow with a business and management degree and milks 350 dairy cows, all year round calving, selling 150 stores each year.

During the last two years, we have changed tact from raising money for charities to putting a large focus on volunteering in our community.
Not only did the organisations that we helped gain from this experience, but we also enhanced the public perception of farmers.
It just shows you that something as simple as a Sunday morning litter pick can improve the image of our business to our customers.
