Our client is a significant player within the Agricultural / FMCG sectors in both Northern and Southern Ireland and the UK. Due to ongoing expansion, a superb opportunity has now arisen for 1-2 Graduate Administrators to join the company. Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will contribute to the ongoing development of the company in Northern Ireland and will have an exciting opportunity to progress their career with a market leader.
Issue accurate documentation based on your exceptional attention to detail.
Process customer contract order requests received and prepare their requirements within their bespoke system.
Ensure the communication flow between N.I. Office & Mainland H.Q. remains open at all times.
Build and continuously improve relationships with customers, stores and colleagues.
Manage and develop set KPI performance measures.
Record and agree customer account balances.
Report and assign any queries to Head Office in UK.
Produce manual rental invoices as per agreed month end balances.
A graduate within either Agri, FMCG or Supply Chain
Previous admin experience within an FMCG or Agricultural environment desirable (can include work placement)
Able to handle and process a high volume of trade transactions
Proficient with Excel & Powerpoint
Clear and confident telephone manner
Able to work to tight deadlines with minimum supervision
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Enjoys working in a busy, dynamic environment
