The aim of this post is to care for a group of Project Workers (with Learning Disabilities) whilst securing gardening income for the charity. You will provide a stimulating, friendly, safe, and nurturing environment for our Project Workers, using their skills to assist you in paid gardening work out in the local community. This post could be ideal for a gardener who wants to use their skillset whilst developing others. The post may also appeal to an experienced gardener who would like a change in focus as they head towards retirement, or a person in the early stage of their career who wants to apply their skills within a caring environment. Newlands Bishop Farm develops our Project Workers, giving them life skills within a wider educational remit.
