We have a number of opportunities to join our technical team, based in the UK for technical trainers with agricultural or plant equipment experience.
A Training Instructor primary role is to deliver branded technical training courses to the EME dealers and distributors network from our dedicated training facility in the Midlands. Courses must be delivered in line with the brands curriculum, and certification program. As the Technical Training Instructor, you will also support all the necessary training linked to Technical Service activities.
The role includes liaising with the source factories and technical support teams to prepare courses for delivery to dealer and company personnel. Work in partnership with your direct report and peers to calculate/monitor dealer demand for technical training in the markets they are responsible for and then planning courses accordingly, achieving the highest regard to dealer satisfaction whilst maintaining training revenues.
• Strategic delivery of technical training courses for the EME dealer and distributor markets – Deliver practical and classroom based training courses in a professional manner, whilst complying with all relevant health and safety legislation: • Courses are delivered in a professional and interactive manner • Provide attendees with course material in line with brand standards • Working with the UK Massey Ferguson Manager, Aftersales Service to ensure • Training courses are in line with dealer expectations • Quantities of attendees are in line with objectives.
Working with brand/factory leads to ensure delivery of the following: • Curriculums • Course structure • Material creation • Accreditation • Courses plan • Satisfactory level objectives • Resource management and KPI reporting • Budget planning and reporting • Training Revenues objectives • Deliver technical training to company personnel including but not limited to: • Field service • Technical Assistance Group • Interface and represent technical training internally and externally
Internally to include but not limited to: • Training Academy • Dealer Development and Dealer Distribution • Externally to include but not limited to: • Market specific government bodies where appropriate • Market specific professional bodies • 3rd party vendors • 3rd party supplier
• Technical understanding of agricultural machinery is essential • Fluently English. • Experience of educational related training delivery is an advantage • Ability to travel for the role – approx. 20% of time will be spent training out of UK.
