The Role As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be:
* Managing existing accounts, as well as getting involved with new clients – it’ll be about a 50/50 split. * Selling Mobile Hydraulic solutions to a variety of markets, including Automotive and Construction. * Whilst you will be fully supported with technical resource, it is expected that you’ll also be able to fully understand the product and solution range. * Based from home and covering the UK region. * You’ll report into the VP and will be a key figure within the team.
The Person To be successful in the role of a Key Account Manager, you’ll have the following skills and experience:
* Without fail, you should have both a hunting and farming mentality. It’s important that you can sell to new clients, as well as manage given accounts. * Ideally you would understand solutions like Mobile Hydraulics, Fluid Hydraulics, Fluid Pressure/Bar/Displacement… It can be a complex sell, so any understanding of this Hydraulics is important. * Due to the type of solutions sold, you will need to be technically astute as well as commercially focused. * You should be determined, driven, autonomous and self-motivated. * Based in the UK, ideally central where you can easily travel to various clients.
