As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the full marketing mix
Manage media, creative agency, and public relations spend
Identify new marketing opportunities
Managing a number of different business units
Manage a budget of £500k
Assist with development of go-to-market strategies for new technologies and products, while also crafting core messaging and key visuals that communicate customer benefits
The Ideal Person:
Previous experience in a marketing role working with agricultural, industrial, forklift truck businesses or similar
Tyres experience would be a big benefit, but not essential
Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to make informed decisions
CIM or Marketing qualification an advantage
Ability to work well under pressure combined with a positive attitude
Some international travel for trade-shows, seminars, video/photo shoots, customer site visits, and internal meetings.
