Sustainability Consultant Norwich £20,000 to £25,000 per annum Our client, an award winning Design & Property Consultancy, are looking to recruit multiple Sustainability Consultants to join their rapidly growing team in Norwich. In your role as a Sustainability Consultant, you will be joining a leading consultancy who offer a number of services which include Building Services, Sustainability Design, Carbon & Energy Design plus a number of different services. Our client also work across the Commercial, Industrial, Health, Emergency, Community, Education, Agricultural, Infrastructure, Leisure and Retail sectors, so you can expect a varied range of projects. As a Sustainability Consultant, you will be taking part in BREEAM Assessments and design of sustainable solutions and services for all aspects of building services. You will also be undertaking SAP Assessments. In your role you will also be liaising with clients, design teams and architects, preparing expert reports and keeping an up to date knowledge of relevant legislation. To be considered for the role you will hold a BEng/BSc (or equivalent) in a relevant subject and have a minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in a relevant role. Being a member of a relevant body such as IEMA or CIBSE would be advantageous however not essential, and you should be able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of sustainability issues in the built environment.
