Are you an Engineer with experience working on trailers looking for a permanent based role offering training and the opportunity to gain industry leading qualifications?
This is an important position within the business as once the site foreman leaves you will be in charge of the workshop. This is a back shift role (1:30pm-10:00pm Monday-Thursday, 11:30am-8:00pm Fridays).
This role is in the distribution division for a national company and offers a well-run and well-funded department. You will be workshop based servicing and maintaining a fleet of trailers and refrigerated vehicles.
This is a senior position that will take charge of the site when the supervisor leaves for the day.
The company offers on the job training in areas such maintaining tail lifts and lifting equipment, mechanical diagnostics, LOWLER inspection, in-house safety tickets, manual handling and training to service specialised vehicles. You will be put through a nationally recognised course for you to gain an IRTEC license personally recognising your skills for the next 5 years.
This role will suit an Engineer from either a fleet, commercial vehicle, HGV, agricultural or Ex-forces/REME background looking for a permanent role with training to specialise in the industry.
