Workshop/ Field Service Engineer (Plant)

Looking to take a step up in your engineering career? Wanting to improve your skills and experience? We are offering an excellent opportunity for plant fitters living in the Harlow/ Braintree/ Stevenage area, to work for an internationally recognised plant company, repairing and servicing their fleet of Heavy construction vehicles.

What will the day to day job include?

There’s a great deal of variety - the role will initially be split 50/50 between the workshop and the field. It’s a new workshop, offering state of the art facilities, enabling their engineers to excel at what they do. While on the road, you’ll be supplied with a brand-new fully equipped vehicle. Duties will include inspecting, maintaining and repairing their fleet, but you’ll also be trained to represent the company brand.

How do I get involved?

Simple - we are looking for candidates with strong hydraulic and electrical fault-finding experience from the following backgrounds or similar:

. Heavy plant fitters

. Crane fitters/engineers

. Agricultural machinery mechanics/fitters

. Heavy hydraulic equipment engineers

. forestry and recycling equipment mechanics
