The Job Role
You will be required to service and repair a range of heavy construction plant machinery including diggers, dumpers and excavators within a workshop environment.
You will liaise with the parts department.
You will be responsible for ensuring all service and compliance paperwork is completed to a high standard as well as adhering to the company’s health and safety policies.
To be successful as a fitter
You will have experience in working as a plant engineer, fitter, mechanic or technician.
You will hold a City and Guilds or NVQ in plant maintenance, mechanical engineering, agricultural engineering or land-based technology or be willing to work towards.
You will have experience in working towards LOLER regulations.
competitive salary overtime paid at time and a half.

The Company You would be working for a national supplier of construction plant machinery who are looking to expand the engineering department but recruiting for an additional fitter to join their well-established team.
