Would you, your club, organisation, or business like a starring role in this year’s 24 Hours in Farming?

We are looking for videos to promote this year’s event, taking place on August 18, 2016, supported by NFU Mutual.

24 Hours in Farming is set to return at 5am on August 18, 2016. It follows the phenomenal success of last year’s event when UK farmers took to social media creating in excess of 5,000 posts, telling the world about all the things they did in a typical day to produce the nation’s food.

The event was covered widely by national and regional media and adopted by fellow farmers all over the globe. We want this year’s 24 Hours in Farming to be bigger and better, with even more farmers and their families taking part. We are therefore asking the industry to help us promote it.

We would like you to produce a compelling and fun video of no more than one minute long, explaining what the event is, how to take part and why the farming industry should be showcasing the great work it does.

The best entry will be used extensively in the lead up to the event to ensure as many people as possible join in on the day. In addition, the winning entry will receive £500 cash.

Entries should be submitted to Vickie.robinson@fginsight.com by no later than July 29.
