We are seeking someone with passion and enthusiasm for the protection and enhancement of wildlife in Norfolk.
Conservation Officer (Planning) Salary is in the range £23,000 to £25,000 per annum, pro rata 4 day post Based: Norwich
Norfolk Wildlife Trust is the county’s largest environmental charity, committed to the protection and enhancement of Norfolk’s wildlife and wild places.
As Conservation Officer (Planning) you will work as part of Norfolk Wildlife Trust’s busy People and Wildlife team leading on planning casework and development plan consultations.
You will work with regulators and other stakeholders to take forward joint working on planning issues and will seek to integrate planning with NWT Living Landscape work. You will need a sound understanding of and experience of the planning system and a good understanding of ecology and conservation.
