My client is one of the UK's largest independent ecological consultancies providing environmental and agricultural advice to customers from both public and private sectors. Recognised for their highly ethical and professional service, this client has become the leader in environmental and rural sectors and are now looking to expand their team during this busy survey season.
A degree in Ecology or a related environmental discipline
Full CIEEM membership
At least 3 years' post-graduate experience within an environmental or ecological consultancy
Experience in protected species surveying
Extended Phase 1 habitat survey skills
Experience in managing a small team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Full UK driving license
Carrying out field work e.g. surveying environmental conditions including plants and animals
Managing wildlife conservation
Liaising with clients, office and sub consultants
Knowledge of new environmental policies and legislation
Analysing and interpreting data, using specialist software programs
