GROUNDS MAINTENANCE PROJECT LEADER/Sports Field Project Manager
£27,000 to £35,000 per year dependent on experience company vehicle and fuel card.
We are a well-established and expanding Grounds Maintenance company working primarily within the education and sports field sector who currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Landscape/ Grounds Maintenance Project Leader/Sports Field Project Manager to take an integral role in developing, delivering and managing our landscape and outdoor projects department. The Grounds Maintenance Project Leader/Sports Field Project Manager will also manage the team to deliver a high level of service to both new and existing clients, including all aspects of hard and soft landscaping, play equipment, outdoor projects, fencing, decking along with the possibility of sports field and associated projects.
We are looking for a 'doer' that will take responsibility and be self-motivated to ensure projects are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. The Grounds Maintenance Project Leader/Sports Field Project Manager will work closely with the Managing Director and Operations Manager you will have the support of a complete office structure and a dedicated admin assistant at your disposal. With our existing client base of over two hundred the Grounds Maintenance Project Leader/Sports Field Project Manager will have the opportunity to take ownership and grow the department, supporting existing relationships and developing new ones.
