Landscape Architect - Residential/Housing Derbyshire Salary up to £35,000 + Package (DOE) JCN/74180 My Client is a National Housing Developer that is looking for an experienced Landscape Architect to join there innovative team. The role will be based within the Derbyshire area. Landscape Architect To be considered for this role you must have a Degree in Landscape Architecture or Accredited post graduate course if you have a degree in a related subject such as Architecture, Horticulture or Botany. You will have experience within an Architectural practice or Consultancy, where you will have worked on several residential developments. The ideal candidate will be fully confident in the use of AutoCAD demonstrating an excellent technical and scientific understanding and a sound knowledge of where plants and wildlife can flourish The Candidate Ideally you will have prior experience of working on residential developments, preferably within the housing sector, though an excellent technical knowledge displayed on projects of any kind will be welcomed. As the ideal candidate you will be highly proficient in AutoCAD, in this role you will report to a Regional Technical Director. Excellent package for the right candidate is on offer, with an immediate start. A highly competitive salary of up to £35,000 + Benefits (dependant on experience) also the option of a car or car allowance and benefits. Main Responsibilities * Negotiate with LPA to fulfil planning applications * Provide landscape schemes in accordance with design brief, budgets and current best practice. * To advise on implications of landscape relevant planning policy and constraints, TPO's and commuted sums. * To assist site in implementation of landscape programmes * To produce maintenance programme for areas of open space and inspect with a view to adoption Applications If you feel that you have the relevant experience to be successful in this position and would like to find out more please apply online today attaching a copy of your current CV.
