HGV CLASS 1 DRIVER

HGV Class 1 Driver required in Bury St. Edmonds. This is a permanent/full-time role, and based within the Agricultural sector.

ROLE
HGV Class 1 Lorry driver to deliver bulk animal feed to farms across Norfolk and East Anglia using pneumatic blowing equipment. Will be required to interact with customers and operate the pneumatic blower along with other machinery (training will be provided).

SALARY
Basic Salary: from £24,317 - £32,000 per annum with the performance bonus and overtime.

SHIFTS
Full-time. 44 hour week working on a three week shift cycle.

MUST HAVE
The ideal candidate must have:
-Good customer facing skills
-Good geographical knowledge
-Able to manage time and working hours effectively and able to work within guidelines.
You must also have:
-Valid UK Driving licence with no more than 3 points (Class 1, HGV Categories C+E)
-CPC Card
-Digicard (Tachograph)

DESIRABLE
An ideal candidate will have:
-Bulk blowing experience
-Good understanding of H7S and carrying out dynamic risk assessments
-Good problem solving skills
