An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional candidate to support the Product Manager with the administrative tasks across the department.
What you’ll do:
You will review and respond to all custom product enquiries from our customers; ensuring key internal teams are consulted.
Keep records of all bespoke products, including final imagery, and produce monthly reports on bespoke conversion rates and key client feedback with a view to identifying trends.
You will safeguard the integrity of our product data; maintaining accuracy, consistency and ensuring any amendments are promptly actioned across the business.
You will assist with the creation of codes and bill of materials for all products and assist the Product Manager with the annual pricing process.
What you’ll need:
They are based on the edge of the Surrey Hills in a beautiful rural location surrounded by greenery and wildlife, therefore it is essential that you are able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
