Are you a recent science graduate or an experienced Lab Technician looking for an exciting fresh challenge?

Our client based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds are looking for Laboratory Technician in Quality Control to join a small team within a family business, this will lead to fantastic training and progression opportunities.

They are looking for someone that comes from a food production background with knowledge of testing and quality control. The process is automated so you will need the ability to use the IT systems and be able to generate the documentation and reports although training will be given.

Remuneration is negotiable for the right candidate

Ideal:

•Ability to work alone, use of initiative and computer literacy are essential.
•A background in the food, drink or agricultural industry
•Knowledge of quality control and product testing
•Ability to produce documentation and reports
•An understanding of health and safety at work
•Your own transport is required due to the location
