An exciting opportunity for a Block Property Manager or Estate Manager to manage a key client in Wandsworth on behalf of one the biggest names in UK block and estate management. The role is a combination of building a strong relationship with the client whilst running a large development with on site staff.
·Management of both hard and soft service contractors on site
·Acting as a first point of contact for all queries from the client and residents
·Ensuring that the quality of service at the development is maintained at a high level at all times
·Ensuring that all required health and safety inspections and activities are carried to out to the highest standards
·Creating and implementing all relevant operational strategies
·Preparing and monitoring annual service charge budget management
·Chair residents AGMs and directors meetings
·Draft and issue Section 20's for major works
·Undertake regular building inspections
