Customer Marketing Manager

From £28,000 to £38,000 per annum

Hi there and thanks for reading my advert, i hope it'll be as engaging and interesting as the company i'm working with! They're a brilliant business with offices in the UK and US. So there's always some cool stuff to be getting on with. So i'll start with some of the responsibilities and then what they're looking for.

In this role you'll report to the global marketing director, you will be supported by a brilliant and super friendly team in the UK and US. The main skills in the team right now are in social, demand gen, content, product marketing, sales enablement, as well as some softer skills, but i can tell you more about that when we talk! Dairy farming and tai chi enthusiasts are welcome!

Some more about the role:

  • Planning and execution of the customer communications and marketing strategy with an aim to increase engagement
  • Gathering of case studies, testimonials and other customer stories for both internal- and customer-facing use
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to have an overview of the entire customer journey
  • Creation of customer-facing content
  • Gaining an understanding our customer landscape - from at-risk accounts to advocates - and being able to act upon this
  • Developing and nurturing the customer community and Customer Advisory Board (CAB)
  • Helping to run events such as conferences and roundtables
We are looking for you to:
  • Cares passionately about the customer experience
  • Have a successful track record of planning, executing and measuring customer-facing campaigns to drive loyalty and retention
  • Have some experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the tech sector and working with Enterprise level clients
  • Can think creatively and strategically about ways in which to delight and engage with customers to increase advocacy, and, ultimately retention.
Nice to have!
  • Knowledge of Marketo (marketing automation), Salesforce (CRM) and Engagio (ABM tool) a plus
  • Experience of working with colleagues across different timezones a plus
  • Copywriting and design skills a plus
  • UX industry experience a big plus
