Reza Hygiene is a one-stop provider of Hygiene & Cleaning solutions for all industries, especially the food chain from farm to fork, Healthcare and Commerce. Solutions are wide-ranging, innovative and sustainable, with the company taking a highly responsible approach to chemicals.
We are now looking for a number of Field Sales Executives to lead, develop and grow sales of our hygiene related products which include; washroom solutions, chemicals, paper, floor care machines, pest control, fragrance and cleaning tools & equipment.
Working alongside the sales team and equipping them to be effective through training and marketing information, you will have day to day responsibility for all direct customers within your designated region; acquiring new leads, generating appointments and converting them into sales. Keeping in regular contact with all business functions, specifically when we have the opportunity to cross category sell, you will forecast submission for sales volumes and forecast accuracy, and submit an annual strategy for the region via the five year plan and budget process.
Assertive, engaging, driven and dynamic, the successful candidate will have solid experience of working in a high performing sales team, preferably from the same industry or in a similar B2B environment. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will have high level experience of customer negotiations and be a talented, creative person who can generate and stimulate ideas.
This role demands a self starter who can successfully act independently as well as within a team. You’ll need to be a quick thinker who is persuasive and personable and have sound consumer understanding, with experience of developing customer insight. Highly numerate with strong commercial acumen, you will demonstrate financial expertise and have experience of budget control.
With a strong awareness of cultural sensitivities, you will be fluent in English & Arabic, preferably a Saudi National, who can operate freely in Makkah and Medina. Those who have knowledge of a variety of languages such as Urdu, Hindi, Tamil will be of distinct advantage, however this is not essential.
