Based: Warwickshire Wildlife Trust - Brandon Marsh Nature Reserve, Coventry Salary: £28,560 - £34,680 Full time (35 hours per week), permanent. Warwickshire Wildlife Trust are looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager who can raise our profile to build our supporter base and increase unrestricted income to ensure we meet our conservation objectives of creating a living landscape rich in wildlife, and bringing people closer to nature. Could this be you? You would be responsible for developing and delivering an integrated, inspiring and effective communications and marketing plans to support organisational objectives including inspiring people to take action for wildlife. The role will oversee all internal and external communications and marketing activity, working in collaboration with internal colleagues and The Wildlife Trusts to achieve consistency in messaging and brand in order to enhance and strengthen brand recognition and support for Warwickshire Wildlife Trust. As well as leading and motivating a small team plus volunteers you will create and deliver an annual marketing programme for Warwickshire Wildlife Trust, establishing new campaigns, marketing the Trust’s appeals programme, working on brand development, managing relationships with designers, co-ordinating publications and much more. To be successful in this role you will need a proven track record of delivering high quality, effective marketing and communications strategies with the ability to lead campaigns from insight through to execution with clear results. You will also need significant experience of media relations and have a good understanding of digital and direct marketing techniques. To be our perfect candidate you will have excellent written communication and presentation skills, the ability to creatively distil complex topics into engaging and inspiring content and messaging and be highly competent in use the of Windows/Microsoft Office-based computing skills. Knowledge of Creative Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop would be a definite bonus!
