JJob Title: New Business Manager - Experiential Salary: Base £40,000 – OTE £60k Reporting line: Direct to CEO

Key areas of responsibility:
Sales Strategy / Lead Generation
Developing an annual new business plan to include a number of key campaigns to drive sales growth across the business – working closely with the Marketing Manager to define and implement Oversee and manage rostered relationships and increase brand and stakeholder penetration to new areas Actively initiate and manage initiatives to drive leads including proactive calling, follow ups etc. Coordinate with the client teams where agreed to farm existing client accounts Coordinate with CEO and Marketing Manager across key campaigns to drive sales growth Visiting and walking trade and consumer shows (UK and internationally) with the intention of driving new sales opportunities.
Lead management/ conversion Create compelling insights and bespoke meeting content in order to maximise conversion of opportunities getting support where required from other agency teams Proactively manage specific experientially focussed leads and introductions towards successful outcomes Work with the Business Director lead to ensure successful conversion of pitch meetings Work with the Business Director to cross sell services to clients Analysing existing approaches to the development of business and making changes where appropriate Identifying sales opportunities as a result of market changes Networking and socialising in relevant industry forums
Reporting and management Keeping WIP/LEADS & report documents up to date Providing weekly and monthly reports to the MD and CEO Contributing / and maintaining reliable and accurate info for forecast Targets Secure 3 qualified meetings per month Achieve 20 pitch opportunities per annum Convert £600K (Gross Income) worth of new clinet business p.a
