IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE We are looking for a new regional sales manager to cover Essex, North, NW and East London, East Anglia and Home Counties containing around 300 customers with turnover of approximately £2M. A great team of 2 internal sales consultants already in place to assist in the management of the area. Excellent Salary package available at £35 to £40K with bonus related on area performance so potentially OTE of £45K, company car, mobile and laptop. There is also a contributory pension scheme after successful completion of a probationary period of 6%, 23 days holiday etc. The role its self will be a "farmer" role where you will be able to develop an existing customer base by increasing turnover and product growth. Identifying new customers to add to the existing customer base. Promoting all ranges and product launches. Actively work with a internal sales support and Sales Admin Support. To achieve turnover budget and Gross Profit for the region keeping to company profit margin levels. Duties and Responsibilities: Work closely with your internal sales support to ensure all customers are contacted on a frequent basis at optimum time to achieve budgeted turnover and profit levels. Be aware of competitor pricing to pass market information to Head of Sales. Offer promotions and push new product launches to your customers. Plan regular customer contact with your internal sales support and develop a plan to ensure contact is made where relevant with all customers. Handle queries and complaints face to face, including collecting incorrect product where applicable completing all necessary paperwork. Report Service problems and liaise with Sales Office Manager/Head of Sales. For business development requirements contact the Head of Sales and update on all important market improvements and changes including new product developments that may interest the business. To attend regular sales meeting and/or any trade shows. All other issues, holiday, sickness, company car etc liaise with Commercial Manager.
