A leading global provider of sophisticated business process outsourcing solutions would like to bring on board an ambitious, energetic and sales driven business optimisation/engagement professional to work closely with a key account management team in the development of their sourcing and procurement opportunities across the UK and Europe and resultant increase in revenues.
You will take responsibility for:
Working closely the Chief Procurement Officer and Client team to support client strategic procurement vision and cross pollinate best practices.
Identification, optimisation and automation of opportunities and provision of optimal solutions to the client in sourcing and procurement.
Being the on the ground 'eyes and ears' of the business management in order to farm new opportunities for the business in the BPO procurement space as well as providing critical and important leads to other sales team members to grow the Client account within the business.
You will also be responsible for all aspects and enhancement of relationship management, proposal development, account operations, customer prospecting, new opportunity identification and qualification, account planning/review and account mining.
You will be a proven account management professional educated to degree level and/or relevant professional qualifications, possessing first class interpersonal and communications skills and experienced in sales of account management, consultancy/project management solutions plus specific S&P and/or BPO exposure would be highly advantageous.
