Kingsley Consulting is recruiting for a Sales Account Executive for one of their local Clients in Hull. As a Business Group our client holds 30 years’ experience in providing solutions within the Agricultural, Leisure Vehicle (Caravan, Trailers etc..) along with other Construction related equipment. The business is due to go through unprecedented growth in 2018 and is looking for someone with a passion for sales & customer service to join their team.

Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
Salary: Up to £25,000
Permanent - Monday to Friday.

Role Overview:
As a Sales Account Executive you’ll play a pivotal role between the company and its customer base, driving sales and customer service of existing business accounts. This will be achieved by understanding each customer needs and requirements and ensuring these are synergised to the company’s sales targets and objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Acknowledgement and processing of customer sales orders by phone and email
• Ownership and delivery of service, over and above customer expectations
• Build maintain & develop strong long lasting relationships with customers
• Deal with queries and implement solutions to resolve any customer issues or discrepancies in an effective and efficient manner.
• Track & analyse customer consumption including turnover & profitability
• Identify market opportunities and awareness of competitor status
• Provider aftersales support to customer base
• Achieve & exceed targets & KPIs
• Ensure compliance with Quality procedures

Individual requirements:
• Proven capabilities of working in a sales / account management / customer service environment
• Understanding of sales metrics
• Be able to produce statistics and reports in relation to sales performance
• Exceptional communication & organisational skills
• Excellent I.T literacy
