Senior Solutions Sales Specialist
This is an amazing opportunity for a highly-talented Senior Solution Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team that operate across the UK. This role sits within our Home and Building Technologies business, and will be heavily hands-on in driving revenue within our lucrative sales region in the Midlands. You will strategically target vertical markets within the Building Management System field, including Airports, Education, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, and Commercial, selling our market-leading service contracts into these key industries. Your role will be one of account management and business development, which will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to drive significant growth in revenue, and to build lasting relationships and a strong sales network in an exciting and high-tech industry.
Provides primary customer interface responsible for the development of business, and management of relationships, with assigned customers
Dissemination of key messages, initiatives and information pertaining to the value HBS brings to its' customers
Maximization of the annual escalation rate for service contracts
Provides the primary customer interface for all products, services and solutions
Champions customer needs and requirements within the HBS organization
Works closely, with the Management Team, to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
Responsible for achievement of revenue, margin plans and economic value-added goals
Business Relationships: Develop and sustain long-term customer relationships; Network within the customer account and industry; Facilitate resolution of all customer problems; Serve as a central resource for communications with the customer.
Sales Process: Maintain a balanced approach to superior customer service and related account planning; Manage and build customer contacts, Serve as the customer's ambassador, trusted advisor, and advocate; Analyze contracts, for assigned customers, in order to provide metrics necessary for customer retention; Engage assigned customers, on a predetermined schedule, to identify customer needs and present relevant HBS offerings; Promote additional HBS services and products.
Customers: Manage 75 customer accounts with growth potential; Responsible for account retention and penetration.
People Management: Leverage resources to address customers' needs; Drives self and others to produce positive business results for HBS.
Results: Retain and grow HBS' revenue and margin, of assigned accounts, in support of AOP
We are looking for an ambitious, driven, and personable sales person to drive strategic growth of our service contracts business in the Building Management Solutions field, whilst farming our existing customer accounts in parallel. You will have proven account management sales leadership experience, coupled with a strong technical background (educational or industrial exposure). Your ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels will serve you well as you build your customer portfolio and reputation within the BMS industry.
YOU MUST HAVE
" Strong background in the BMS, Fire and/or Security Systems field, from a sales or engineering perspective.
" Proven experience of driving results
" Prior experience in the following verticals would be beneficial: Airports; Education; Healthcare; Pharmaceutical; or Commercial
