A farmer is offering a reward for the safe return of a Texel tup lamb which was stolen from her farm in Lancashire.
Pauline Anderton said the pure bred tup was running with seven others at the farm in Brindle Road, Bamber Bridge, when thieves broke into the field on November 10.
Mrs Anderton, whose flock has been targeted in the past, said the thieves ‘knew what they were looking for because they picked the best one’.
The tup’s ear tag number is: UK182503 APS1513. One tag is yellow and the other is white with a black button.
