Man trampled to death by cows at Lancashire farm

A man has died after being knocked down by cattle in Lancashire.

A man has died after he was trampled by cattle at a farm in Lancashire.

 

Emergency services were called to Lower House Farm in Lewth Lane, Woodplumpton, at 9:46am on September 7.

 

A rapid response vehicle and an air ambulance were called and the victim, who has been named locally as Keith Knowles, was airlifted to Royal Preston Hospital.

 

He later died and the coroner has been informed, the North West Ambulance Service said.
