RESULTS: Five Nations Challenge and All Wales Ploughing and Hedging Championships

Over 100 competitors took part in ten different ploughing classes, hedge laying and wire fencing competitions.

A Welsh Ploughing Association spokesman said: "The local organising committee of the Welsh Ploughing Association would like to thank everyone who helped out, judged, stewarded, spectated and travelled some considerable distance to attend.

"There was a wonderful display by the Glamorgan Iron Horse of vintage machinery and tractors through the ages.

"The steam ploughing demonstration was a particular highlight along with the Quack Pack and Glamorgan Hunt.

Next year’s championships take place in St Davids on September 22.
