Topping the bids was a run of Beltex hoggs from B.J. Bowness, Kendal, which sold to a top of £78/head.
At £75/head were pens of Texels and Suffolks from T.A. Teasdale, Grange over Sands.
Masham hoggs peaked at £67.50/head for a run from W. and J. Penny, Kirkby in Furness.
41 Mule hoggs from P.W. Clarke, Kendal, topped at £64/head.
