An Emergency Authorisation for the use of Vydate 10G (oxamyl) for the control of free living nematodes in the 2021 sugar beet crop has been approved by HSE.
The rate of use is 30g/100 m, for application at drilling up to April 30, 2021. The use up and end date is also April 30, 2021. With a disposal and storage end date of May 31, 2021.
BBRO says: ‘It is important that both the label and nematicide stewardship scheme conditions for use in sugar beet are fully adhered to.’
